The German version of this website is legally binding only. All information on this website is for treatment in the Federal Republic of Germany only.
I strongly care for the protection of your personal data and I am in full compliance with the legal regulations, especially the data privacy regulations.
1. Information about the collection of personal data
1.1 In this privacy policy I inform you about the collection of personal data during the use of my internet presence. Personal data are all data which refer to you personally, for example your name, your address or your email address.

1.3. To contact me you can either call me or send me an email. If you wish you can use an email address which does not allow a conclusion to your person. If you write me an email, I will store the data you sent to me (for example your email address, maybe your name and your telephone number), to answer your questions. When it is not necessary anymore to store your data, I shall delete the accumulated personal data. Should there be a legal duty to store the data, I shall minimalize the process. The legal justification for the electronic data processing for the purpose of taking up contact is Art. 6 Abs. 1 S 1 lit. f DS-GVO.
1.4. I would like to point out that data-transfer per email may endure security problems. A complete protection of your data against the access by a third party is not possible in this matter. Therefore, I recommend not to send data concerning health matters by email.
2. Collection and storage of personal data on calling my website
2.1 When you use my internet presence only to get information – simply to have a look at it – I collect these personal data, which your browser automatically sends to the server of my website:
- IP address of the inquiring computer,
- Date and time of the access,
- Time-zone-difference to the Greenwich Mean Time (GMT),
- content of the access (concrete page),
- Name and URL of the requested page/data file,
- Status of the access/HTTP status code,
- Amount of data transmitted.
This information is stored in a so called logfile and the IP address will be made anonymous after 7 days. The following information will be stored without you having a hand in the matter:
- Website, from which the access or request was sent (Referrer-URL),
- Browser in use,
- Transmitted agent signal,
- Operating system of your computer and its surface as well as the name of your access provider,
- Language and version of your browser software.
2.2 I use the named data to show you my website and to ensure stability and safety, especially to guarantee a trouble-free connection establishment and a comfortable use of my website as well as for an evaluation of the safety and stability of the system and for further administrative purposes.
2.3 The legal basis for the data processing shows Art. 6 Abs. 1 S 1 lit. f DS-GVO. Our legitimate interest results from the above listed purposes to raise data.
3. Transmission of Data / Transfer of Data
I transmit your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:
3.1. - after your explicit consent according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO,
3.2. - if the transfer is necessary according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO in order to assert, practice or defend a legal title, and this if there is no reason for the assumption, that you have a predominant case worthy of protection in the non-transfer of your data,
3.3. - in case there exists a legal obligation for the transmission according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. c DSGVO,
3.4 - if this is legally allowed and necessary for the carrying out of the agreement with you.
4. Your rights
With regard to me you have rights concerning your personal data. In this context the following topics may matter:
4.1. - The right of information: According to Art. 15 DSGVO you can demand information about the personal data which I processed.
4.2. - The right of correction: According to Art. 16 DSGVO you can demand immediate correction of wrong or incomplete personal data which I processed.
4.3 - The right of deletion: According to Art. 17 DSGVO you can demand the deletion of your personal data which I processed.
4.4. - The right to restrict the use: According to Art. 18 DSGVO you can demand the restriction of the use of your personal data which I processed.
4.5 - The right of contradiction against the process: According to Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO you can at any time contradict your agreement towards me, which you once gave.
4.6. - The right of data portability: According to Art. 20 DSGVO you can demand to receive the personal data which you have given to me in a structured, usual and typewritten form or else to demand the transfer to another responsible person.
4.7. - Furthermore you have the right to lodge a complaint against myself concerning your personal data versus a supervisory authority according to Art. 77 DSGVO.
5. Cookies
5.1. Apart from the data mentioned under No. 2 there will be stored so called cookies on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone etc.) when you use my website. These are small text files which are stored onto the hard disc which you assigned to the browser you use; by means of these cookies the device that places the cookie gets certain information. Cookies help to make my internet offer more user friendly and more effective. Through these cookies I do not obtain direct knowledge of your identity. Cookies cannot perform programs or transfer computer viruses onto your computer.
5.2. My website uses exclusively session cookies. These store a so-called session-ID, by which diverse enquiries of your browser can be assigned to the session. By the use of session cookies it can be found out that you have already visited some sites of my website. The session cookies become unvalid after you leave my website. Moreover, you can at any time delete the cookies in the security options of your browser.

5.4. The data used by the cookies are necessary for the named purposes to protect our rightful interests as well as those of third party according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
6. Appeal or revocation against the processing of your data
6.1 If I process your personal data on a basis of justified interest according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO, you can appeal against the processing of your personal data, this according to Art. 21 DS-GVO. Please let me know in this case the reasons which result from your personal situation, on which basis you do not want me to use your personal data. After I have examined you appeal I either stop the data process, adapt it or continue the process. In the last case I shall let you know my conclusive reasons worthy of protection.
6.2. You can at any time contradict the processing of your personal data which are used for the purpose of advertising and/or data analysis without mentioning any reasons. I shall safeguard your right of appeal; therefore it is not necessary to mention reasons.
6.3. In case you have given me consent to process your data before, you can appeal at any time with effect for the future.

7. Encryption
For the protection of your data I use a SSL-encryption on my internet presence.
I regularly renew the certificates for the use of the SSL-encryption. To find out whether a page of my internet-website is being transferred in an encrypted way you can see this by the sign of the closed key/lock symbol in the status bar of your browser.
